The staff were really nice, especially the housekeeping folks. The location is super convenient, close to theaters, shops, and good eats. The room was decent-sized and had a real bathroom, plus a view of Broadway, and the walls were thick enough that I didn't end up hearing my neighbors. The transparency with the charges was top-notch, no hidden costs and all straightforward, something rare in the Big Apple! 👍

The place was wonderful relaxing and had best staff with the original receptionist, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was free for the value, the best we had in New York. Its location to Rockville center was great and absolutely incredible.

The stuff was excellant co-operating, decent, and responded promptly to requests. Truly enjoyed my nicely updated room, it had a terrace, a safe, and a mini-refrigerator. Got nice bed and Wi-Fi.

Room size was OK and the beds, linen, and pillows were comfortable. Overall the hotel was nice, clean, well-presented, historic. The location was in the heart of Times Square. The room, beds, linens, were very clean. The bathroom and shower were very clean. Having the ability to control the Air Conditioning from a thermostat was a plus. We felt very safe and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we return next year. Friendly reception staff both on check-in and out. Security at the lifts were all very pleasant and always greeted us. The room had a bit of a view of Times Square but we didn’t spend that much time in the hotel but the bed was super comfy. It is brilliantly situated for the hop on, hop of bus tours, subway and walking distance to great theatres, restaurants, major attractions

The location was great with easy access to Broadway Road. The area was local and really close to Broad Street, Times Square, Broadway, restaurants, shopping, and the metro.- The staff were all decent.- The breakfast was free and tasty, with a variety of delicious options like meat, cookies, coffee, and juice.

This is like the best place to stay in New York. The venue is clean and nice sized with cooperative staff members. The airport is 20 km away, easy to reach.

My stay at Hotel Edison Times Square was a joy despite the pricey breakfast. The room was cozy, with some minor maintenance delays. But the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for my Americana adventures. I'd return for the country music vibes and nostalgic charm.
